how to sign up for Bizum?
You have to check that your bank has integrated Bizum. You can see a list of banks with Bizum in this link: https://bizum.es/activar-bizum/
If you have already downloaded the App of your bank in your mobile, you have to go to the corresponding section of Bizum to activate it and sign up for Bizum.
The process is very quick and easy. Once you have registered you will have your PIN, which is necessary to make payments with Bizum. It is a unique key for all purchases, consisting of 4 digits, that only you will know and that you will be able to modify it whenever you want.
*In some banks it is necessary to verify that you have enabled payment with merchants in addition to payment to individuals. Check with your bank for more information about Bizum payments at merchants.
how to pay with Bizum at RenoPC?
In order to pay with Bizum at RenoPC, you simply need the Bizum PIN. It works in a similar way to a card PIN. We explain how the payment process works:
- Choose Bizum to pay for the order on our website, within the payment options.
- On the screen that appears, enter the phone number associated with Bizum and the Pin (4-letter code provided by the Bank).
- Then, you receive on your phone, via SMS or notification from the bank's App, a purchase confirmation code that you must enter in the payment window that appears and finalize the payment.
- We will indicate that the payment has been successfully completed and we will begin to prepare your order.
In case of error or payment failure, no amount will be charged to your account and you will have to check with your bank to find out the reason for the rejection or payment error.
Credits and Refunds
Refunds of Bizum payments are immediate. If you delete the order and it has not been sent, the refund occurs automatically.
If the order has been shipped and is rejected or a subsequent return is made, we will credit the amount when we receive the returned order. Once the credit has been made, your refund will be credited to your account.
Other important information
The minimum amount to use Bizum is 0,50 €. The possibility of using this service will be subject to the availability of each bank.
Each bank establishes a maximum limit for payments in Bizum, usually between 300 and 500 euros, but it depends on each bank. If you are going to make a purchase in RenoPC of a high amount and you want to pay by Bizum, consult before with your bank so that they extend your limit. In RenoPC we allow the payment of orders by Bizum up to 1000 €.

This form of payment is valid only on the web.
When the amount of a purchase has been fraudulently or improperly charged using the number of a payment card, the cardholder may demand the immediate cancellation of the charge. In such a case, the corresponding debit and recredit entries in the accounts of the supplier and the cardholder will be made as soon as possible.
However, if the purchase had been effectively carried out by the holder of the card and the demand of return was not a consequence of having exercised the right of withdrawal or resolution and, therefore, had unduly demanded the cancellation of the corresponding charge, that one will be obliged against Renopc.es to the compensation of the damages caused as a result of this cancellation.
