COOLING

M.2 heat sink

An M.2 heat sink takes care of the M.2 slot, avoiding the limitation that can occur with M.2 storage during sustained transfers.

Passive chipset heatsink

A passive aluminum chipset heat sink ensures optimal cooling for more stable performance. The passive heat sink approach is more rugged and durable, avoiding dust and dirt buildup issues often found in conventional active heat sinks with dedicated fan designs.

Multiple temperature sources

Each header can dynamically reference four thermal sensors. Fan Xpert 4 allows you to map the temperature of compatible ASUS graphics cards to optimize cooling for intensive GPU and CPU tasks.
